6060 needs new sneakers. It has 18.4 X 28 on it, are they available? Or, could I use 16.9 X 28?

18.4x28's are available, but expensive. if you have 16" wide rims, mounting a 16.9 tire might be pull the sidewalls out a little.

The local ag tire place here wanted $2,460 to replace a pair of 18.4x28s on my 185 last(?) year. I found a set of 18.4x 30s mounted on the rims for $900. Firestones. I had them shipped 1,000 miles and still came out over $1,000 ahead. Go figure. Nebraska tire is selling Alliances for $775.

I can sell new Alliance 8 ply for $600 or Titan long bar 6 ply for $720. That’s 18.4-28.

Is your 6060 four wheel drive? If it is, the outside circumference of a 16.9 x 29 would be different than an 18.4 x 28
