I have a '48 WC and it's becomming time to do a complete Engine Overhaul. I want to get a complete kit including sleeves, pistons, bearings, gaskets etc. I'm considering the complete Tisco 4 1/8" Overbore Kit. How do you guys feel about this kit? Is it one of those almost right things? What would you suggest? Thanks in advance for your input.

Just got and installed an overbore kit for my WD45 from Jim Danforth. Very pleased with the kit and the results. It was an AI kit I believe. HTH God Bless.

We put TISCO kits in our 38B, 41C and 38wc 8 OR 9 years ago. None are trailer queens, all get used to varying degrees. I would not hesitate to use TISCO again myself. As for quality I would say thet are good enough for 99% of these old tractors and what they get used for these days.
