There were a couple of HD11s out at General Gear in Idaho a while back- might be your best bet.

One other option if you can come up with at least a few old decent but worn slick rollers, take them apart, check with local welders that will set up a rotator and have the running faces weld overlaid. The roller bearings and seals can be replaced with fresh oil installed that will buy you use time.

Allis had a particularly odd seal system, much as the final drive shaft/sprocket seal, more a compressed gland than a seal. No seal producer will have these as a aftermarket except possibly a Berco distributor. May even have to come from Italy or a Berco supplier overseas IF you can find a Berco distributor here that will make the calls.
I did find the lower roller bearing p/n cross to a SKF p/n: 70043491 changes to a BR3780 70659148 changes t a BR3730 Timken may cross against those numbers where the Allis numbers have been dropped. http://boya.com.sg/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/457013.pdf Edited by DMiller - 06 Dec 2017 at 11:56am |

A little more digging, SKS to Timken(Federal Mogul) just drop the BR. As to the seals, perhaps one could build your own basic packing? These are complex neoprene bladder seals with springs and compression washers, do not believe there will be anything similar that could be adapted.

You have a PM as to a location with five NEW single flange lower roller assemblies and access to 36 of the neoprene boot seals for those.

DMiller, On the later 11s didn't the rollers have the same labyrinth(bronze to steel) bellows seals as the front idler, we had a lot of problem with them failing especially the front idler. I don't know why National double lipped seals could not be used, one facing in and one facing out 4 times the sealing ability, or a good seal with packing to protect it from the outside elements, like you suggested. Might have to drill and tap the shaft to service them,(should be that way anyway) easy enough, as I recall, I could be wrong, but you had to fill them before you put the seal in, or am I thinking of something else. Tad

According to Angela at Kwik Parts, no, very similar to the neoprene final seals just smaller dimension. Two purposes that surmount lip type seals. You are sealing oil in(not grease) and dirt/water whatever out. Would require two lip type seals one facing in one facing out to perform same task. The Neoprene assembly worked well for both.
