Need a replacement for nieoff on a 7045 would like something that tach reds close to right.

I put a Delco replacement from shoup on my 7060, it comes with correct pulley and a hookup for the tach. It was like $175.

Perhaps I lookes at the wrong one. For less than half that you can get a 90 AMP Balmar Marine Grade with a Smart external regulator. Three stage smart regulators are nice when you're running AGM batteries.

I use a delco CS130 in place of the niehoff. Tach comes out right on the money plus it is a 105 amp unit and cheap. Here is a link to the previous post.
