Model K offset disc harrow?

I have a model K offset disc harrow. It has a bracket broken-missing. It is the bracket that the transport chain hooks through. If someone has a disc and could be so kind as to make a sketch of bracket I would greatly appreciate it. The little arm that holds hyd hose is missing also. Easy to make if I had the dimensions. I has a factory tie rod cylinder with a stoke limiting valve. I'll try to get a photo and do some measurements.

It looks like a 2 1/2 x 8 cylinder
