Yes it is a 1960's model. I'm not sure of the exact year, still looking for serial/engine numbers so I can figure out the year.

I know about "way too fast, too fast, too slow and OK it'll have to do" but really would like some numbers. Was the HD3 made in years that were not the 60's?
