Looking for a gear set for 190 that is 8-10% under direct for 2nd or 3rd slot.

Anybody got an old set of gears for 190 that would be about 8-10%under road gear in a 190 rear. I m using macs overdrive kit now high is 20.9 now need like a 23/1 for 3rd slot
