It arrived today from Washburn out of Lamar MO, I will get photos posted tomorrow and try to get it attached by the weekend.  This unit is the heavier of their builds with a fixed mount welded from the factory and two tubes for rigidity for larger tractors; the heavily advertised lighter unit is more for utility tractors under 40hp.

I'm also interested in seeing it as well.  I plan to put a quick attach loader on my One-Eighty eventually and would love to be able to use various skidloader buckets, forks, etc. and swap them quickly.  Mike

Doesn't look like much sitting there but it is close as to OE bucket dimensions, I may have to shim the pins and I do intend to drill/cross drill and tap for zerks all the new pins.  I had them add a adaptor plate to the shipment, thought I may need it.

If it fits well, the dimensions I sent them will be a duplicate to 500 series loaders.

DMiller, Just so I understand, 1. You install new "Head" to boom arms, 2. Then "Adapter" plate to "Head" piece, 3. Then you add Forks,Bucket, etc,etc to "Head" piece. Is this abouit right? Looks great, I would like all your contact info/spec's so when I get ready to purchase they will know what I'm up to. Thanks for paving the way on this, I was about to have my old manure bucket converted, but this makes much more sence.Thanks,Chris/CT

I have a 500 loader on my 175 and thinking a quick atachment would be nice.  I would be interested on information on getting this adapter also.

Just don't fall down on the price, this is more expensive than the 'universal' they sell but is quite a bit stouter.   Both pieces with shipping came to just at a thousand dollars, each ship point will vary the price some, mine was less as it was in-state.

I spoke directly to what I believe was the owner or at least a foreman, they are very sincere as to filling your order to the absolute design of your choice.  All I had to work with was my old beaten materials bucket and where it pinned on best, I did allow for 'slop' to the inside of the loader arms and do intend to shim up as needed there as I did not want it so tight as to bind.  The pins supplied have no lube drillings but that is work aroundable as I am a hobby machinist/ageing mechanic, I had already built pins for the old bucket and these appear to be quite machinable.

I phoned my order in to 1-800-283-7107 and faxed a copy of my measurements, if you wish you can use my name and previous order as your spec sheet if you wish:
David Miller, Warrenton MO. 

The pin width from arm to cyl. eyes was 10"(top to bottom eyes center to center) and 1" pins, 42" width to outside brackets(inside edges) with just at 36" to inside brackets(outer edges) this being the slop point as the factory arms are a little over 2.5" wide and I allowed for 3", to this I asked for a 2.5" offset with the cyl pins back from the top pins and allowed for they to make this from 2.5 to 3".  They install reinforcement sleeves for the pins on this style head and cross drilled the outers for lock bolts( I did ask for the inners drilled and that was a small goof on their part) but that still works.
I intend to install it in two days on my next day off and see how well I set up the measurements, I will let all know the outcome and how well it fits up.
