In the process of cleaning my garage I found the gears in the photo. These are for the most part countershaft gears. All custom made, high strength steel gears. The reason I have these and have had them for some time is because when I ordered 2nd and third gear pairs in the past there were some that were not manufactured correctly. Typically the center to center between the gear pairs was incorrect. In order to correct the issue, the gear mfg. simply corrected the size of the lower, easier to make gear. That's why I have these left over. It may be possible to find someone who would make a matching mainshaft gear for each - not sure.
I don't have the time or energy to pursue things like this anymore so I will take the best offer plus shipping for all of the gears (one box - one address). You won't insult me - fire away. |
