Just stopped working last year, so I finally decided to look into it. Opened case to find 1 of the chains had jumped the sprocket. I don't see any method to move things around and tighten them up, so is replacing the chains the only method? If so, I did not see a master link on any of them. Maybe it's on the other side of the chains, but I didn't see it when looking pretty hard.

Well, I just cut the chain and installed new #40 chain. 54 link count both old and new, and it is definitely tighter.
