Oh man, there are some people out there with some goofy ideas. That was just wrong.
What would a person do with the extra two cylinders?

Why would anyone take the time to paint it that way. Just spend the cash, cost of a paint job and get the little green thing. Now whoever buys that B needs to negotiate the repaint fees off the price.

Ahhh.... its just paint. Take some aircraft stripper to it, clean er' up, and paint it the proper color. Some folks can't make them Green ones run like the Orange ones, so they gotta' paint the Orange ones Green!  LOL! I'd say that puppy is worth 2K. Its got $600. bucks worth of new tires on it alone!

He knew that an AC "B" was better than any green and yellow but didn't want his buddies to know he was driving an Allis.

Around here alot of green guys are buying other colors because at the shows the crowds are looking at the orange, red yellow and any other color but green.I have been to so many shows that are flooded with green and in a few cases the deere people have gotten in positions where they made the show strickly green .And I don t think that the deeres carry the same high price as they did in the past from what I have seen at least around here.

I think we all should pool some money together and save the old girl.  It would be like seeing one of our own AC buddies dressed in a yellow and green dress!! LOL  Whoever buys it might have to tarp it before they transport it home.

It reminds me of a stray three-legged dog that used to come around our place.
Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

In the ad the guy mentions that it was that color when he bought it.  Want's to distance himself from the AC fans.  I wonder if anyone ever painted an MT AC orange?

I have a picture of a, I think M, J.D. that's painted orange. It was a state or county tractor for mowing road sides. I took it at the show at Marshalltown Iowa show in 1998.

When I get home I'll see if I can post a picture of it. I think it was taken before I had a digital cameral.

We have a good mix where I am.  Used to be green was the dominant color but CaseIH, Kubota, and New Holland are within 5 miles of each other so the green is very competative in price.  Just goes to show competition is key.
