Looks like they could use a little wire brushing and paint.
 
Have you got an Operators Manual to show how they all get installed on the tractor ?

Some assembly required. Better than having to go look for attachments and then take them apart to clean and rebuild. You're half done alreadySmile

no dont have the manuals so goin to have to find one or a you might say  live and learn ...and yes the equipment does need a little attention LOL  or be put to work to make them shine .......that was just a portion that came with the tractor   ....so got lots of work
