   in the city. Neighbors two houses down from us apparently their marriage has hit the skids. 3 kids(daughters), Mom is a nurse, commutes 30 miles to work, Dad has a so called job at the local fitness center. She works rotation, he ‘works’ days. Hadn’t seen much of him the past 3 weeks or so. They generally were out on their deck drinking at all hours of the day depending on her schedule. Almost nothing like that recently, today I was out working in the yard, gently breeze from their direction, hence I could overhear most of the terse conversation. Ending with “I hope you enjoy f-ing her brains out”. Then of course he sped away in his bright red pickup.
Now, that house was built by the in-laws of the husband’s sister. Kinda thinking in the not to distant future a ‘for sale’ sign?

	I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

	Good hearted woman with a good timing man as the song goes. Sad that the kids have to live through this. Hopefully she gets the house and puts the pos on the streets. There are few good men out there these days and the Marines have most of them. Thankfully I have good neighbors, maybe a bit crazy but so is their neighbor.

	Somehow reminds me of about 1991 or 92 somewhere in there. Dog days hot of summer and as usual the air conditioning in our crappy apartment wasn’t working. After midnight we heard an argument breaking out across the yard in another building, not all that unusual. Then a vehicle entered at a high rate of speed….ok…then we heard a guy yell THE B1TCH STABBED ME! Oh boy what the heck are we in for?!

	What we are seeing in our society these days is a breakdown of the family values and the family structure that many of us grew up with in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. And our government and government schools have played a major role in this decline. Hopefully this young lady gets rid of this leech and finds someone who will be a proper father figure to her girls.

	I agree Hubert. When men stopped having to be men is when men stopped being around. I'm embarrassed to say I have a brother that seems to love his bottle more than his family. It's cost him a marriage, 3 (so far) girlfriends, and it's about to cost him his brother, sister-in-law, and nieces. He showed up to Cora's baptism smelling like a brewery. Danielle had a "loving" talk with him. We'll see where it goes

	Our Grand Niece met this Guy, George, he decided Had To be her partner. She at the time had a little boy from a different daddy that was a Illegal and skipped back to MX after found she was Pregnant. George is African Heritage, Brit is White as driven Snow, HIS parents did NOT approve as did my SIS In law her Grandma as her Dad was Val's son that passed several years ago. Well they were doing fine until Covid, George lost his job as a Exercise Club receptionist/technician. He tried to find work(NOT Really) by looking to other similar and similarly CLOSED installations. Brit was angry as George was off all the time and was not helping much so to counter SHE QUIT HER JOB, Moron. They lost their cars, their Low Income house were buying, just KNEW they could get some form of assistance but as tried found COULD NOT. TOO LATE they tried for Other jobs, as had quit hers she was deemed undesirable by many, his only other skill was Laborer and felt it demeaning to apply for. They had recently had a little girl by her not using Birth Control. Ended up Sis in law spent thousands to aid, and they moved to His mother's place in Phoenix to hole up awhile. She was taxed for the four extra mouths to feed. Soon George was back to being a Construction Laborer, forced by Momma as SHE found him the employment. Brit is still trying to find WFH Work and to NO avail, she was told she has no functional skills or a PC and Internet access to use WFH. Thought a Cell Phone was enough but NOT. Still trying to figure out how anyone can be that stupid, as these two. Seems a never ending litany of this occurring. Edited by DMiller - Yesterday at 4:06am
