Black Label used to be brewed near here. . . .it's been so long since I've had any, I've forgotten what it was like.  I had a roommate from the town it was brewed in, he had a Tshirt he wore to parties of Black Label.

As for "super cold", that reminds me of Red White and Blue beer, that was some thick stuff that was OK if you pulled it out of a snowbank for a break while cutting wood!

Yeah, Mr TBone,,,that right there is the only'ist way I could drink it back in the day,,,,,LOLLOL  Back when I still could,,,a bunch of guys would go to store getting "Supplies" for the big Deer Hunt,,,we would each buy a couple of cases of Bud Light for Friday night and Saturday nite and then ONE case of Black Label for "Sunday Beer",,,I'll tell you,,it had to be cold but long about Sunday there was not too much ICE left in them coolers so it tended to be not as cold,,,! You also had to be REALLY hung over to get it down,,,,,,LOLLOL
