Now she has me making a tv stand, end table and cook book shelf out of plumbing parts and some 1884 ceiling joists I salvaged from an old hotel job we did a few years back.
Laminating this old rough sawn is a pain. I can’t saw or plane the edges cause it’s full of old broken nails where plaster lath had been nailed on. I’m using a hand held belt sander and orbital sander to get them flat and somewhat square to the face.👍 |
