At one time Sears(Craftsman) lawn and garden equipment used Tecumseh engines on certain models, may be able to cross reference using searsparts.com or craftsman parts.com
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Ariens in Wisconsin, and Hann-Eclipse in Indiana were manufacturer’s for Allis back in the day.

Is that muffler for the Snow King engine? I have some spare Snow King engine parts that I put aside for my Noma (Murray) snowblower. The Snow King engines are 9 & 10HP I believe.

For giggles I checked Amazon.ca for parts... 365 hits for carb, anywhere from $12 to $231 !!!!
Funny (sad ) thing is the $12 carb comes WITH fuel line, clips, primer bulb, filter AND 90* shutoff !!

FWIW the $231 carb, only, looks a LOT like the $12 one........

ok ,checked for muffler...

seems it has a welded tab for extra support..none of mine have that !!
yeesh $63 canucks... I can buy THREE carb 'kits' for that...
