Antique Power magazine has ads for Tach repairs. Star Speedometer in Palm Coast Florida,Metro Speedometer in Independence MO. Haven't used either. Google them or others. Hope this helps.

It is a mechanical tech on a D21.  It is the only one i'v ever seen that the dial goes counter clockwise instead of clockwise.
