Saw this on the Webb, some guy in New Hampshire. UPDATE: Kingston police say approx. 80 pounds of Tannerite were used at that gender reveal party that caused a massive explosion that shook homes for miles. Man who detonated it has turned himself in to police and is cooperating. Police haven’t decided on charges. @UnionLeader |

Ya, I was just reading about that. People are reporting cracks in their basement walls, broken windows, etc. It was reported to have been ignited in an old stone quarry, and the headline I was reading said claims of an earthquake resulting from the blast. My bride says I am always a doubting Thomas, but......common man!? an earthquake from 80 pounds of Tannerite? cracked foundations? really?

I am still confident of this;
I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Ps 27 |

Local limestone quarry had city fathers out to finish permitting use of explosives in quarry - they agreed to the use as long as neighbors didn't complain .
After they agreed and while still on site - they blasted a wall - result - city fathers asked what that dust was on other side of pit - Told that was the blast charges they use - no one even noticed anything besides small amount of dust . |

Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.
