That photo was taken last summer, the local power show was featuring Allis Chalmers, the one and only show I will ever take a tractor to.  Anyways the Paystar used to be a firetruck owned by the same city for hauling water to fires out of city limits.  It is now owned by a local construction company that uses it for a water truck, it was there to water down the pulling track.
