I saw an orange and white self propelled snow blower at a local used "stuff" store, no markings on it other than the word "ESKO". that is written on the handle. it's a 2 stage blower. didn't know if it would be an AC or not. did they put ID tags somewhere on their blowers? if so, where would I look?

I have an orange snow blower. It says Ariens on it. I think it was made near West Allis, but not that near.

I googled Eska snow blower. It shows large rear mount snow blowers for farm tractors. Made in Eska MN. My AC 7 HP Snow Bee has the AC stickers on it but I do not recall any stamping on it other than on the Briggs engine.

I used to have a Montgomery-Ward self propelled snow blower that was manufactured by the Gilson (not Gibson) Company who had thier own line of snowblower plus re-branded ones for other retailers.

It was orange (slightly darker than A-C) and white. Would look like something Allis-Chalmers would sell if it had no markings on it as the orange is pretty close to the same color.

uh... so what's this "snow" stuff you guys keep taking about???

(ducking now)

actually, in southern Calif we've been waiting for Shameless to send us any form of liquid from the sky.  the drought definitely continues.
easy, tho, big guy... we've just had a lot of fires, so now we don't need to follow that (as we have done in the past) with mudslide producing deluges.

meantime - enjoy your various snowblower toys and yes, I am jealous.
I may have to visit my bro in law to get a turn on the one he keeps bragging about (in very northern New Mex - Angel Fire.
3 Ford 8N's I loan to neighbors, but the '52CA, '41B and little B1 I do not.

It was 11 degrees this morning in Va....no snow yet. Shameless arch that stuff a little higher, you almost buried Erie Pa! I will take 30 inches here! I will get to use all my AC stuff! I have a 7 hp SnowBee, 720 with front 52” snow thrower, and 190 XT waiting for it.

I see alot of orange blowers of different makes. I think Allis were both yellow and white and orange and white.
Everything is impossible until someone does it! WD45-trip loader 1947 c w/woods belly mower, 1939 B, #3 sickle mower 1944 B, 2 1948 G's. Misc other equipment that my wife calls JUNK!

The early snow throwers from AC were yellow to match the B series lawn tractors from the 60’s to 1970 .They switched to orange to match the lawn tractors after they changed to orange in 1971

Ours is a Snow Bee 4 and is yellow/black with white chute/wheels. Works quite well to move lots of snow from the driveway.
