Glad to see a decent turn out for orange today at Sublette IL for the tractor and toy show tomorrow, we planned on taking 8, managed to get 4 there! Thanks to all that braved the weather and brought out the orange!!!!..I have to say a pretty decent number of A-C's given the weather. Without an official count I would say the orange is about equal to the other featured tractor M-H. Will get an official count in the morning. Again stop by and see me in the brick "Community Building" in the center of town. I am downstairs selling toys and A-C stuff....Sounds like tomorrow should be a little better weather!!! Will get some pictures posted of the snow and orange hopefully

Matt,
Thanks for letting us drop our trailers at your farm. Last nights dinner was great at the church, Orion Samuelson was a great speaker at the dinner too! Got to hit the road to head back for the breakfast this morning. If you want to come to a great community event don't miss the Sublette Tractor and Toy Show today!

We made a early trip down to the show this morning and got to talk with Matt!  I liked the hi-crop 190XT! a wide varity of the AC models. A nice done WD with new rear 11.2X28 tires. They were very narrow looking on the WD.
Now need to get off to my afternoon activities!

Hey DeWayne nice to meet you and talking with you. The WD you mentioned I restored for that gentlemen 2 years ago I'm glad to see he put some tires on the back, although the ones he had on it before were not bad either, I think the tread was mis-matched  here is a picture of it when it came out of my shop, still had the old manifold on it.

That is a great looking restoration! Sorry that I did not get a photo of it today. How did the remaining show go today? It always seems to get very busy!

It was a pretty steady flow of people through out the day, the building I was in seemed to stay busy with a crowd from about 10:30 until 2:15. By the afternoon, people were gathered outside for the most part waiting to hear raffle winners and silent auction item winners. That was a nice brand new cub cadet mower they were raffling off, at a buck a throw why not take a chance, my brother said he bought 20 tickets!!!!

Matt, I had planned on coming over today. We had company from out of town come in yesterday so I stayed to home to visit some. Some people just don't understand looking at toys and tractors if ya know what I mean. That WD sure looks nice. Charlie

Hey Charlie, sorry you missed out. It finally turned out to be a decent day, one of these years I wish A-C could get some decent weather for the whole weekend. Everytime A-C is featured it seems like the weather turns nasty. We saw the new show grounds on our way over to the Quad Cities Farm Show over the winter, looks great we plan on being there this year if nothing else comes up, probably be pulling in Freeport on Friday night, but should make it over for one day, I will bring the G this year and something else, maybe the D21, U, WC...etc. got all summer to think it over!!!

My wife and I showed up in the afternoon to look around and helped my dad load up our A and the wc. Nice show!! Should have brought my G but just couldn't make myself get out of bed. I loved the D-21!! Very cool! Love hearing people walk by and look and then make comments on the tractors... " we had one of those" or "I spent alot of time running one of them." or just how nice the paint looks. Makes you feel good when you hear things like that.

You guys have a very nice "A"..talked to your dad for a bit on Saturday..be very proud of what you own, we hope to find one some day. Don't feel bad, I didn't bring our "G" either, had the snow and rain quit by the afternoon I probably would have brought it up, almost went and got it first thing Sunday morning but I had the same problem you had!!!...getting there and sitting at was tables all day was enough for me!!
