Very nice work!
A  chain from the grapple to  3PH cross arm area might be helpful when pulling larger logs if you want to  leave the "tail" dragging.

Want to let me borrow both the grapple and the skid winch?  I still have a LOT of trees to clean up and clear out from the bad storms this spring!
