Hello,

I bought a single front wheel for a WD and have 2 questions.
Were RC’s made with a single front?

And what is the original tyre size? (It doens’t have a tyre on it 🙂)

Thanks!

I've seen many RC tractors with a single front wheel, many from very late WD45s installed in them. I could easily be wrong, although I don't Believe that any RC tractors were sold as a SFW. The ease of bolting in one from a WC,WD or WD45 leads to maybe that one was installed at some dealer as a request by an original owner. The tire size on the SFW WD &WD45 tractors is 9.00X10.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

They were offered with a SFW, but it is the one piece style where the fork doesn’t unbolt from the bolster. The correct style is much harder to find than the bolt-on. 9x10 tire would be right.
