 No Chit,,Tom,,,it seems most of the pri*** drove them nice lookin classics ,,,,my AH cousin had a 55 Chevy Convertible when we were in Jr High,,,so,,,,we were left with having to drive them 4 door ones,,,,'course them extra doors sure made it easy to hop in and out the back seat,,,,,,,,WinkWink

I just saw. 55 210 forsake on market place. I see now why you want that station wagon bumper. Where did they bolt the plate? Trunk?

 Yeah,,Thad the Nomads and the station wagons were the only'ist ones that had that style of  bumper. All the others had the license plate mounted on the trunk lid. I never did like that placement so I welded up those holes. there was also a big gold color "V" above the license plate that I got rid of also.
 Another thing I do not like bout the 55's and 56's is the ends of the rear bumpers stick out past the quarter panels too much. If I go ahead and add the inset section from a 55 thru 60'S Chevy trk rear bumper to mine,,,,I plan to section the whole bumper to bring the bumper ends in close to the quarter panels for bout a 1/2" gap vs the 2" gap they all have from the factory. Clap
