Wife and I went to Doolittle Mo the other day, she was shocked what was being offered for the money value placed on it, expected considerably MORE but was notably disheartened.
Yesterday went to a Dealer in Wentzville MO, Nice quite LOW Pressure staff, had but ONE Used Toy hauler just a week on the yard.  Even as a 2017 we thought had viability.  Took the Truck, I needed to exercise the old machine and Wife needed to see if could Tolerate the Blue Beast!!  Ride up was enlightening, have a Exhaust/Engine harmonic Resonance between 1350 and 1500 rpm, drones in the cab, goes away as cross 1500.  Driving two lane Secondary highway found that did better in 4th OD than 5th Dir for less noise and better response.  On Interstate has a slight resonance or transfer vibration from I suspect Drive tires(Four years hardened and well squared off but were free) that comes on above 71mph and goes away at 76mph, 70 is comfortable at 1600rpm, is at 74mph at 1650, max govern is 2100.  Drive to yard was uneventful, wife found noise far less than expected, air ride seat where confines of cab preclude much adjustment/tilt, recline, fore/aft, rode out fine.  She could adjust and hear radio just fine.  She was slightly astonished not much room in a Road Tractor Cab where is so huge outside.

At dealer trailer was very nice, Grand Design 328G, referenced as a 10' garage area.  Amenities were reasonable, some wear and tear but not extreme or excessive, Generator, twin LP Tanks, nice volume of storage areas and VERY Clean.  Garage was the detractor, being a Plus as was a three Season Use secondary heated/cooled space had rear Internal Doors and Screens, the ramp doubles as a Patio Space with fold out Side Panels and that is where had a concern, tape measure came out.  Was already a 'V' on the floor for a Motorcycle wheel Cradle/guide but the distance to inside of doors to front wall was not ten feet, just at 9'.  Our Harley requires 9' length to get it inside, and just under 4' for width, the dovetail to the floor ends just at 6" from where rear tire would situate so would not ever sit 'Level', doors would interfere with Tour Pack trunk.  Washer/Dryer Combination unit in the space was 6' from doors, our trailer requires 7' length and 2'6" of width so trailer failed to accommodate either.  Second one Down.

HOWEVER, Sales gal noted have a 2015 38' Keystone Unit with a 12' garage space coming in as a Trade, no timing on arrival but will contact as gets in.  Even with three season doors and screens with similar foldup side panels should retain 11' of length internally.  Will see when arrives.

Truck back home differentials ran cool, trans ran cool, tires also no heat noted, no leaks visible or detected.  Will check all fluids some time today, as do have a Left Spot Mirror that is loose just enough to swivel Up and unhandily off needed sight picture.

I have a Forest River, the XLR Series ToyHauler with a 12 ft. garage.

12' would be the minimum garage length and be able to walk past the Harley front wheel

O/L is 40', tri axle, about 15,000 lb. with Harley.

My HD2500 Silverado Duramax S Rr wheel easily tows it, no issues.

We are stopped for the night at a KOA in Texarkana, Arkansas.

At around 4:00 pm what pulls in to the site beside us - a 2021 GMC 2500HD pulling a 2018 Forest River XLR Toy Hauler - both in Pristine Condition.

What a coincidence.

Weight is not a concern, our Harley with trailer weighs in just over 1100, trailer currently looking at when arrives at dealer is a 2015 Keystone Fusion 345, dry weight reported as close to 13,000, truck licensed 48 so all is good even to Heaviest models as truck weighs but 20,000.

Sales Gal still no date on arrival but WE are first call.  12' garage, living spaces are almost duplicate of the Grand Design for size and layout, Kitchenette and Couch are side swapped, both in slide outs.
