We had the River Junction tractor ride today..at River Junction, Iowa (Between Lone Tree and Riverside) There were about 152 tractors and we went 62 miles. There were 2 D-21's , several D-14's, a D-19, a D-17 I think, a few WD 45's, my WD and a couple of WC's. Nice to see the Allis turn out. Ron Sexton had several of his tractors there.

Yep...knew that was coming...didn't get the camera out when we were stopped to take photos of the AC's but here are a couple I took ...other tractors. The green oliver 66 with the wide seat is a friend from my church/town. We had a good time.

I like the 'seat' photos.  Seems more like I 'could' have been there from that vantage! Thanx for posting these!

Looks like you guys had a good day, even if it was a bit toasty. How many miles you guys run? Thanks for the pics.

That would have been a better day than the sale I went to that was just around the corner from my place. They had a D19D that was supposed to run, but had a knock like a rod bearing. It wouldn't start when they went to sell it, tin was rough, and it still brought $1200. The tires were useable and it had a forklift mast on the back that sold separately. They had the rear lift and pto shaft off for the forklift. Somehow that big thick casting got broken. Sounds like a lot of $$ for a tractor that has had a rough life.
