This morning I finished converting my 175D to an "orchard model" using parts from my 170D. I had to change the hood (sorry future owners) to the 170 hood as it had the radiator and fuel cap guards as well as the muffler hole blocked off. I then changed to the low slung exhaust. I also fixed the fuel gage, swapped to smaller 16.9 rear tires, drained water out of them, put on the D17 SIV fenders, swapped seats and removed the front weights...here is a before pic
After pics....with Howard rotovator ready to get to tilling gardens.
Even added a D19 toolbox!

The poor old 170D....still driveable. I had a couple of 26" combine wheels and tires to put on it. Bad thing is they have to be dished out to mount since these tractors use bolts and nuts to hold the wheels on. Kinda makes it a pain cause you have to spin out the PAW wheels in order to reach the nuts....

Looks good Eldon. Sooo, why don't you put the 175 stuff on the 170? That will really mess with peoples' minds. You might even forget which one is which.LOL!

We still have a foot of snow! Three feet along the windbreaks and fence lines.
Looks like you are getting her set up to use. Good job.
