Sheard the 2 bolts on the stub shaft on the right hand side of the unloading auger. Is there any way to replace them with the bin being full? Thanks

No way to replace without the bin cleaned out. Had them come out last year on one of our 77's. Swung the unloading auger out, place a pto driven auger w/plastic hopper underneath auger swivel and open cleanout trap door. We were lucky as the corn was dry and really flowed out nice. Good Luck, Mike

1. Stomp your feet, pull your hair, walk in circles
2. Park next to truck 3. Drag out portable auger from rafters and clean out mud daubers. 4. Set auger and cracked plastic hopper on used oil barrel. 5. Run extension cord to auger. Nothing happens. 6. Stomp feet, pull hair, walk in circles. 7. Rewire motor 8. Turn on, open little door on Gleaner, watch corn spill all over. 9. Get pioneer seed corn sign, cardboard box, and some two inch putty, and make slide to divert corn. 10. Belt breaks - see #1 11. Go to town, get belt at NAPA, and a chocolate frosty and baconator from Wendy's. 12. Fill truck with corn, go dump in pit, repeat 6 times. ![]() ![]() |

Now that's funny right there. A perfect example of semi-controlled frustration. And, that sure is a good looking machine.

We cut a hole in the plate just above the bearing big enough to get your hand in. stuck a bolt in and unloaded it.Put a plate over the hole. be a lot easier the next time.Should have came from the factory that way.

Had an engine blow up in an L3 with the bin right full and overflowing almost. Just took the grainvac out to the field parked the grain buggy beside the vac and shoved the hose in the bin over top of the engine compartment. Watched the smoke out of the 210 running the vac for a few minutes then had to wisk the last couple bushel out of the auger and voila empty.
