I have a good crank to put in my CA. The question I have is about the front and rear main seals. This crank has the spiral groove on both diameters. Is there a seal in the kits available that is felt like the original or will I have to speedy sleeve both ends of the crank and use a new style lip seal?

I use the sleeve and have had good luck so far. I have just put the lip seal in and let it leak. All you get is a few drops when you shut it off. If I were building a show tractor I would spent the money on the sleeve.

I only sleeve the crank end and use the lip seal in the gasket set. The rear seal is a wide cork ring that fits the retainer. I bed the cork ring in RTV to keep it from turning with the crank and seal the OD in the rertainer. I have done 4 125 rebuilds recently but have not enough running time on any to tell if they are going to leak.
