If it is shot, it's worth scrap [ whatever there paying per ton for heavy iron], if it is in like new condition, Tower's go Rebuilt for about $150 w/ exchange, gear set's, tough call on them, not enough demand.

YES there is!!! I need 1st and 3rd for my WD45. Where are you located? How much and what shape is it in?
 
I also need the shift tower for my WD.

I paid $450 for a real good transmission and tower last summer and right afterwards a found another good transmission without tower for $75. I bought that too. $450 is probably the going rate. I personally think there is good demand. At an auction about ten years ago I watched a burned up WD45 without engine or radiator or sheet metal, rear wheel were rusted out, sell for $475 while I bought a running and straight WD sitting next to it for $750. Not even a smoker and the funny part was it had the helical transmission like the burned up WD45.
