I am considering this machine for a back-up/up the road loader for our dairy. I am red tractor and Deere construction guy so know very little about these. There have been a few in our area on dairies but both have quit so the are gone now. Wondering on part avail. what components are involved in a FiatAllis. Also notice the fancy touch screen dash? It says Fiat-Hitachi...I cant decide if it's miss listed or it's a mix? I am thinking it was miss stickered when painted. It will be a 500 hour a year unit at best loading silage and manure. Any info I appreciated. Was told the answers are here!

I now see the serial tag. It says FiatHitachi. Why would it have Fiatallis emblems?

I was at one time looking to replace my 7G with something newer, went to look at what was listed as a Fiat Allis but turned out being a Fiat Hitachi or a Fiat Allis FL175 wearing different colors and made in Japan. Not sure Minn-Par actually carries parts for them.

Troy, the Hitachi Wheeled loaders, which I`m sure that model will be, dont have a good reputation for reliability down here compared with the other Japanese makers who have a lot more experience with engineering loaders like Komatsu and Kawasaki.
The guys over on Heavy Equipment Forums may give you an idea of what product support  there is in your area.
Hitachi`s back up support down in this part of the world is excellent, but thats of little comfort for owners if the machines are trash
