When two AC's break and are done for the year, two more fill the empty slots and do well. Gotta love that.

How's your season been going Mike? It's always a battle, but like I tell people. It's not like I've got to get to the moon and back, I just have to get a few hundred feet in a reasonable straight line. It doesn't have to run when I'm done, and I don't have to travel a hundred thousand miles home.
We've had a few issues, but nothing major, brakes for the firstfew weeks and then had a bottom turbo fail later in the season sending aluminium through the engine which managed to stick on the valve seats. I pulled the head thinking it was bent exhaust valves, but was lucky to be something simple. Missed an event due to working, but other than that lots of good runs.

The summer was going well for my buddy's 180. He was in the points race trading 1st and 2nd place in the points with the twin turboed 666 you see in the videos. That is up until it broke a wrist pin with 5 pulls left to go on the schedule. That made a mess inside the engine of course, wounding the block, conn rod, piston, camshaft etc. So he decided to call it a year. If you would have made me fill out a list prior to this season of 100 things that could break on his tractor, a broken wrist pin wouldn't have made the list, but that's pulling.
All in all it made more power than the year before and was making the red and green ones nervous at times. A much better year than last season for sure.
