I need a WD Head Gasket for a 4.5" bore block! The standard gasket does not work! Where can I find a solid copper gasket or one with larger bore coverage?

A copper one won't hold if you're going to make much cylinder pressure unless you o-ring the head or block. I cut groves with a tool I made in my milling machine and install a wire to protrude from one of the surfaces and bite the gasket. A little silicone or anaerobic sealer around the pushrod and water holes and it's a simple solution.

Clark Copper Head Gaskets in Blane Mn makes the gaskets, about $75 for one if memory is right and I've probably got some on the shelf. You can get about any thickness you want.
