The front lift cable pulley. Does that pulley just turn on a shouldered bolt, or is there a bushing or bearing in it. I can't find my parts manual to see how it works. Thanks Tracy

It is not a shouldered bolt, it is welded directly to the frame. The pulley sits on it. There is no easy way to fix it when the shoulder wears down. I have that problem on mine. Sandy Lake confirmed that is the way they were made. Haven't fixed mine yet.

Noticed that on my 620 when I was doing the tear-down for the resto. The pulleys just spin on the welded stud Myron is talking about. Mine are worn also which tells me there was a mower deck at one time under mine, but wasn't there when I purchased the machine. One cable is just about shot anyway, but I'm not using the machine to mow with so I'm leaving the pulleys and cables off. I'll leave the side shields for the cables on though.. Steve@B&B
