We have a 7060 power director that the gears will want to clash sometimes when shifting.  This happens on both the high low range shift on console, and the 5 gears on the transmission, oddly enough it seems to be worse at idle or lower engine speeds than at higher throttle. This is fully stopped with the clutch fully depressed. any ideas??

Could be a stretched clutch cable, the brake engagement is the very last thing during pedal travel, sometimes it you push the pedal real hard youll get more brake action. Then the cross shaft bushings on top of the clutch valve will wear and cause the valve not be pulled out enough to make the brake work good.  Take the left filler plate out below the hood extension, youll be able to see it work then, also the ball joint ends get loose and can break.

Theres a horse shoe clamp behind the left console panel. You can loosen the nuts on the backside and slide it forward to adjust for wear in the linkage. At higher throttle you may have more pump pressure helping the trans. brake.
