will a turbo off a 7080 keep up with a roosamaster with a .450 head on it, putting out 400cc of fuel?

It will run with a 7080 turbo. It will run a lot better with something newer.

There are a lot of better options out there to be had for very little money. With a little more info someone here could probably help you find exactly what your looking for. If your running somewhere near stock rpm. I would think a Holeset HX 35 or 40 would be pretty close to what you want and those can be found pretty cheap used off a 5.9 cummins

Need bigger than a hx35 or 40. More like a Hx52 or a S300 with a 64 to 66mm inducer.
