I have a wd that makes a graling/ gear nois. it only does it when u rase the lift arms it's not jumpy or low on fluid and it will pick the 2 bottom plows out of the ground fine, it doesn't do it when it is razed all the way up gust when the arms move up . is this nois normal

The hydraulic pump makes noise when lifting, yes.
