We just purchased a 220 ourselves that has had a cab removed. What you will need depends on what cab was on it. Ours needs the fender extentions, both steps , the outer floorboards and the battey box covers and a couple other things that elude me at this moment. How hard is it? can you handle the cab? if so the rest is finding, purchasing and  bolting on parts. Luckily everyone else is removeing and trashing the cabs so everything you need is being reproduced. Niel at Northside salvage can lead you through it and get all the parts.
