my 7060 has a neihof alt and it quit charging .i bought a delco replacement from agco but it uses 4 wires does anyone know how to wire it up so tach.will work.thanks david l wilson

David are you including the big battery wire in that count because most of the delcos I've seen have a three plug terminal and a stud for the battery wire ? Niel

the last couple I have replaced, I took the alt. apart and attached a wire before the rectifier. Mine had 3 wires going to rectifier (input) and I attached to one. works good

go to your auto supply store and get one for an old chevy, 2 wire i think, take the one back to the dealer, lots of cash diff, make sure you tell them it's for a chevy and not a tractor or they will honk you on $$$ for the same alt
