What size fuel line should I have for a 350 CI engine? Also can you get any horsepower out of your stock intake/exhaust manifold? Nothing done to it but there is a port polish job on the head. Another question is will a fuel pump help any?

At least port match the manifold. If you can whack off the carb mount and run a larger pipe with a flange and larger carb.

A 3/8" rubber fuel line is big enough. It has to be in a straight line and no droops in it. The needle&seat may need to be drilled out to allow more gravity fuel flow if you're not using an electric pump. This is the only advantage to electric pump as it will see to it the carb bowl never runs dry or low on fuel. More to maintain and go wrong and some clubs will not allow it. I use 3/8" rubber line with a drilled out needle/seat with 400 cubes and 2400 RPM.
