I got this tractor stuck today  trying to break a path to the hay bales. It was a real lonely feeling being out in the middle of nowhere. I felt like a teenager, thinking "Dad's gonna be mad." Only thing is I'm pushing 50 and it's my tractor. Good thing for cell service.

Well Terry, It's obvious what the problem is, the tractor is the wrong color!

Better run the ridges from now on. LOL People don't believe it but we have ground that never froze yet. If it was wet and had an early snow cover(before hard freeze) the snow insulates it from the cold air.

That's why I took the green one, because if I buried it and couldn't get it out, it wouldn't be a great loss. LOL  You are right Charlie, we don't have any frost in the ground. We set a record here of 80 plus days of snow cover, and more snow on the way tonite.

I had the same trouble in 78 when we had that blizzerd in Ohio.  After that I never put the big bales in a fince row.
