I've made arrangements to buy an Allis Chalmers model 600, 8 row 36" planter, and would like to set it up for liquid fertilizer. I am wondering if anyone has any parts, or all of what I would need to do this. Probably the most significant help would be some tank saddles and mounting brackets that fit the 600 frame. Everything else I should be able to get after market, unless someone has it to get rid of. I am in western ND, but hopefully within the next month I'll be travelling down to Fremont NE to get the planter, so if anyone has something I could use, and is between here and there, maybe we can work out a deal.  Thanks,  Darrel.

Sprayer Specialties near Des Moines carries tanks and saddles. Most likely to fit JD though.

Heartland Agri Supply at Ames can get them too and has better prices.

A round tank with legs (or parts of the bottom of the tank are flat) need no saddles, just a flat surface. That's what I used for a side dresser and then a three point sprayer built on a 3 point platform. It drains the best when its near level side to side and with the end having the bottom drain on the low end length wise. Heartland Agri has some flanges that will drain down to the inside surface of the tank.
