What would be a fair price for a D15 Industrial?  Yellow paint, tin work, tires, trans all good. Diesel, factory 3 point, no shuttle.  Thanks

There is a D-17 series III diesel industrial with fixed HD front axle, shuttle, fixed rear wheels, bare back for sale here in Canada for $2800 CDN (today approx $2600 us).

That diesel makes it rarer, probably 5 to 7 grand, depending on condition.

Dave, no it does no have a loader, just the tractor.  I was thinking 3 or so, did not realize diesel made it worth a bunch more.  One with a hoe and loader sold locally for 65 a while back.  I wanted to make a fair offer to the fellow.

A D-15 diesel is fairly rare particulary a Series II diesel. D-15 industrials are also very rare but very likely a higher percentage of the industrial tractors were diesels. I think that you are in the right price range depending on condition. The only thing that made a D-15 an industrial tractor was the heavy duty fixed front axle and yellow paint. The shuttle was available in farm tractors as well.
