Looks like someones pulling tractor had a slight overload (from Italy)

uno dei feriti più gravi ha subito un'intervento all'anca e all'addome si riprendono tutti comunque...il trattorista ha in ogni caso esagerato e avrà le conseguenze anche penali.one of the most serious injuries underwent an operation at the hip and abdomen shooting all anyway ... the tractor driver has in any case exaggerated and will have the criminal consequences.

looks like maybe a clutch/flywheel exploded? kinda like the IH 1206 video that was posted a while back
