Hf can sell you one cheaper than you can build it, most likely! I bought a used Go-for Digger for 3 grand this spring, one of my better buys!

I found a old IH backhoe and mounted it on a old truck frame (1 1/2 ton) pull it with tractor and pump runs off pto work great except a little clumsy to mauver around. Should add I took off cab,motor,trans etc will dig about 12 ft deep and has 24in bucket.
