I wanted to share my approach to restoring the D 10 III I bought last summer. The fenders are pretty shot, and everyone knows how hard they are to come by. The young man in the picture is a friend who just finished welding at the local community college. He took interest in seeing what he could do with the fenders and seat support. The local news paper feature students like him trying to get all the skills they could while the job mkt is slow. By chance I just caught this in the paper,  a publish I don't usually look at. I didn't know he was even started on it. I bet this will turn out good. I will keep posting progress. Also, another shop made up a brake drum puller, when I get to that I will post a picture.
