I just bought a I 60 loader backhoe. It is pretty rough but runs good. It is missing a few things. The hood sides are gone. The  pipe from the air cleaner to carb came with it but how does it connect at the cab? Another question? i think the hydraulic pressure relief is turned in to much if you bring a cylinder to the end of it's stroke you will kill the engine. How do you adjust that or is it normal? Thanks for the help?

There should be a pressure relief valve, on the valve bank, you will need to see if it is stuck shut, or screwed all the way in.  Carb to air cleaner should be just a hose, and hose clamps holding it on.
