Do you see the white rectanguler small transfers on the wheels of this "NEW" B?
The parts book part number is 213322 for this transfer. Does anyone have a copy of one or know what the actual size and instructions were?
This is my Grandpa Aggen and Uncle Marvin with our first new B. A 1939. I grew up in the 2 story.  Honeymoonerd in the same house for a little over a year after I got hitched.

I have those decals on the wheels of my restored 'B'.  They came in the decal set from Lyle Wacker who advertises on this site.

The decal reads:  HYDROMATIC TIRES
These tires are partly filled with anti-freeze solution to add weight.
Enough air must also be added to maintain a pressure of 28 pounds in
front tires and 12 pounds in rear tires.

I guess if the factory or the dealer did not put calcium chloride solution in the tires for ballast the stickers would be absent. Does that make any sense?
I do now remember seeing these transfers in with Lyle Wacker B Decal Sets. Thanks

I masked around those on my 51B when I painted.  Now the weights cover em up.  They were black text on yellow background on mine.

Is it my imagination? Whoever was applying hood transfers that day got them up nice and high where a grown up could read them. Or. Could it be it just looks that way because Grandma had to hold her box camera low to look in the view finder which was on top? We still have Grandmas old Kodak. I was not born yet when this picture was taken.
That steering wheel nut don't look like its black. Looks like a unpainted acorn nut.
I hope this old B is in sombodys collection today.

Those decals are the long A&S variety.  Look at the tails on the A and the S and they are longer than the other letters.  The letters would be blue as well.  They are probably in the correct position though due to being a larger decal.
