Yea, I guess it could be worst.
 I've never seen a fuel tank or three point hitch like that on a 7000 series before.

by the background its in australia,must've had some cheap paint to use up? the 3 point is an after market kit i'd say.Putting on extra fuel capacity was a common thing for broadacre work,just about every 7000 ive seen here has some sort of extra tank.Our 7060 when it was our main tractor would need fueling up 3 times a day,200 litres a time.We never put on another tank though as we thought they ruined the look of the tractor.

Was that a bareback originally?   I have a picture of a bareback 7060 around here some place.

Looks like its missing the 3 point shaft housing and the way the drawbar mounts is unusual. My guess is that it was a bare back. It looks like the original neck and fuel cap sticking out from behind that other tank. Maybe just an auxilary add on?
