I must have the tractor out of time, because it runs but is hard to start and when it does start it seems really labored.I  remember seeing a post on the old forum on timing the governor drive but can not find it any one know the correct way. It sort bums me out that I  got it all painted and now have to take it back apart to fix my screw up:(

Call me monday eveing or any eveing thur the week from 7 pm to 9pm eastern time 717-632-9022  .I have as real busy week and will not have time thur the day much to waste.
We will start at SQUARE one and I will walk you threw it .

Fred teaches a good class called old tractors for new owners...very informative...lol  Plus, if you need anything for a 25-40, chances are he can help you out with that as well.
